Refund policy

All sales are considered final due to the collectible nature of our products.

Prestige TCG LLC sells collectible trading cards, sealed trading card products, accessories, and related collectible items. Because collectible products can be altered, substituted, damaged, opened, or tampered with after delivery, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, grading opinions, market-value changes, or any other reason unrelated to an error on our part.

Errors or Problems With an Order

If Prestige TCG LLC sends the wrong item, an item that is materially different from the listing description, or an item that arrives damaged as a result of inadequate packaging, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue.

Any resolution is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Do not send an item back without receiving written authorization from Prestige TCG LLC.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds

If Prestige TCG LLC determines that a refund is appropriate, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Refund timing depends on the payment processor and financial institution.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
