Products

Prestige TCG LLC sells trading cards, sealed trading card products, collectibles, accessories, and related products.

Product photographs and descriptions are intended to accurately represent the item being sold. Minor variations may occur between photographs and the actual product where reasonably applicable.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prestige TCG LLC reserves the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, inventory errors, or other listing errors before an order is fulfilled.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed in the order.

Prestige TCG LLC reserves the right to cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving pricing errors, inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or other circumstances affecting the transaction.

If an order is canceled by Prestige TCG LLC and payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Collectible Products

Trading cards and sealed products are collectible items whose market values may fluctuate.

A change in the market value of a product after purchase does not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Final Sale

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by Prestige TCG LLC, products are final sale.

Counterfeits and Tampering

Prestige TCG LLC takes authenticity and product integrity seriously.

Products are inspected and/or sourced through processes intended to reduce the risk of counterfeit, altered, or tampered products.

Customers may not substitute, alter, damage, open, reseal, or otherwise modify a product and then seek a refund or replacement based on the altered condition.

Intellectual Property

Third-party trademarks, names, logos, characters, and other intellectual property appearing on products belong to their respective owners.

Prestige TCG LLC does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because such products are offered for sale.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prestige TCG LLC's liability relating to a purchase will be limited to the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
